Timmins Consulting is headed by Paul Timmins, a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) specialising in the production of Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage designs, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and management of engineering projects.

Paul is passionate about the promotion of good surface water drainage design at all stages of the construction process, in particular the incorporation of good practice to enhance the sustainability, biodiversity and amenity value of developments. He has extensive experience in the financial and operational control of multi-disciplinary engineering teams to achieve planning submissions for public and private developments.
